JetBlue Airways has introduced its Mint product, a premium travel experience designed to offer luxury and comfort on long-haul flights. This service aims to provide the comforts of home with ample space, entertainment options, and high-quality amenities.

Each Mint seat is referred to as a "Mint Suite," offering significantly more space than standard seats. The suites feature lie-flat designer seats and include a snooze kit for easier sleep during flights. The design includes curved walls for privacy, a 17" TV with on-demand films, customizable lighting, power sockets, and dedicated storage space.

For those needing even more room, JetBlue offers front-row suites known as Studios. These larger spaces come with a 22" TV, mirrored vanity, additional storage, and an extra guest seat and table—ideal for in-flight meetings or socializing.

The Tuft & Needle kit provided includes a memory foam pillow and other items to enhance sleeping comfort. All Mint suites feature mood lighting and soundscapes through the entertainment system. Additionally, passengers receive travel essentials such as skincare products from Dr. Dennis Gross and complimentary sweets from NYC's Hu.

The dining experience in Mint aims to recreate a New York Soho dining atmosphere with menus by Charlie Bird and others. Drinks are curated by Parcelle with an open bar available onboard.

JetBlue's Mint service is available on routes across the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, and transatlantic flights. Recently announced routes include non-stop flights from Montana's Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport to Boston Logan International Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport during peak ski season weekends.

Customer feedback on platforms like Reddit highlights praise for the increased space and quality of service but notes that many did not pay full price due to discounts or company payments. Some users express reluctance to pay the full cost themselves.

While not suitable for everyone at all times due to its price point—potentially exceeding $3,000 per flight—Mint targets specific customers who value comfort during business travel.
