Federal Express Corporation, commonly known as FedEx, has been recognized as one of the 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024' by HR Asia for the fourth consecutive year. The company also received the newly introduced 'Sustainable Workplace Award 2024' and 'Happiest Workplace Certification 2024'. These accolades highlight FedEx's commitment to creating a positive workplace culture and implementing sustainable practices.

FedEx Malaysia's recognition is based on employee surveys conducted by HR Asia, which assess workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational performance. "Receiving these prestigious awards consecutively is a testament to our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where our team members feel valued, empowered, and inspired to make a difference," said Tien Long Woon, managing director of FedEx Malaysia.

The company's initiatives include flexible work arrangements, global career opportunities, health and wellness programs, and open communication platforms. In terms of sustainability, FedEx focuses on energy-efficient practices and waste reduction campaigns. Employee-led initiatives such as recycling and tree-planting further emphasize their dedication to environmental sustainability.

Additionally, FedEx was honored with the '2024 MY AMCHAM Cares' award by the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) in Malaysia for its corporate social responsibility efforts. This includes collaboration with Treat Every Environment Special (TrEES) to expand an urban community garden in Klang Valley. The garden provides fresh vegetables to underprivileged communities while promoting urban sustainability.
