Singapore Changi Airport has been named the world's best airport in the Airline Ratings Readers’ Choice Awards. Known for its extensive attractions, state-of-the-art amenities, and top-tier shopping, Changi is more than a transit hub; it’s considered a destination on its own.

Qatar's Hamad International Airport secured second place. It is favored by global travelers for its cleanliness, exceptional assistance services, and premium facilities. The third position saw a tie between Tampa International Airport in Florida and Vancouver International Airport in Canada.

Changi continues to impress with features like the Jewel complex, home to the Rain Vortex, a butterfly garden, and a rooftop pool. "Travelling around the world, the absolute best airport is Singapore Changi," one reader shared. Another added, "My only regret was not allowing myself more time to explore."

Hamad International Airport is described as a five-star hotel disguised as an airport. It recently introduced The Orchard space within its North Plaza. Readers praised it as "a beautiful airport that’s easy to get around."

Tampa International Airport stands out for its straightforward layout and welcoming atmosphere. One voter remarked: “Without a doubt, Tampa International is my favourite.”

Vancouver International Airport impresses with its design nods to Canada’s Indigenous heritage and Pacific Northwest charm. A reader commented: “Vancouver gets my vote...it’s comfortable and seamless.”

The awards highlight airports that enhance travel experiences through unique offerings.
