The Delano Miami Beach, a notable name in the lifestyle hotel movement, is set to reopen in late 2025 following extensive renovations. The refurbishment will introduce 171 revamped guest rooms and suites, including Bungalow and Penthouse options. A unique feature of the hotel will be its "Apple a Day" amenity, offering curated treats in apple-shaped glass vessels.
The redesigned Delano Miami Beach will offer guests views of the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean. It will house four restaurants and bars, reviving the hotel's iconic Rose Bar. Additionally, guests can enjoy amenities such as a ground-level pool deck, a beachfront amenity deck, and a fourth-floor pool.
Originally an art deco building from 1947, Delano gained prominence when hotelier Ian Schrager and designer Philippe Starck reopened it in 1995. Now part of Accor's Ennismore lifestyle hotel arm, the property closed during the pandemic but remains part of a global collection of hotels.
