Eurowings has launched an online fan store, offering branded merchandise to both customers and employees. The initiative is part of the airline's brand realignment strategy, aiming to extend its brand experience beyond flights. Dirk Otto, Head of Marketing at Eurowings, stated that the platform reflects the brand essence "More ease for everyone" and aims to strengthen the emotional bond with Eurowings.

The online store features a variety of products in a modern Eurowings design, including leisurewear and gadgets. Among the offerings are "Ich flieb's" socks and exclusive Christmas items like the Eurowings X-Mas sweater. The store operates 24/7, allowing convenient shopping from any location.

Eurowings plans to expand the product range with a focus on sustainability. An upcycling collection is in development, in collaboration with 'Bag to Life', using discarded materials such as old seat covers and uniforms to create unique products.
