FedEx's global initiative, FedEx Cares, focuses on improving communities through activities like clean-ups, youth mentoring, and providing medical care for children. The company has partnered with VinaCapital Foundation (VCF) for 13 years on the 'FedEx Delivers Heartbeats' program, offering free healthcare to children with congenital heart defects (CHDs) in rural areas since 2011. Over 333,000 children have been screened with nearly 7,700 CHD cases identified.

In a new collaboration with Vietnam Volunteer Center (VVC), FedEx announced the "Computer Labs for Children" program which will establish eight computer labs benefiting over 3,000 students in remote regions. This initiative aims to equip students with technology skills essential for future success and economic growth.

Additionally, FedEx collaborates with Junior Achievement (JA) Vietnam through the FedEx/Junior Achievement International Trade Challenge (FedEx/JA ITC), fostering leadership among Vietnamese youth by teaching them about international trade dynamics. Since its start in 2012, more than 3,500 students have participated.
