Disney Cruise Line is preparing to launch its newest ship, the Disney Treasure, designed for seven-night adventures. This vessel draws inspiration from beloved Disney stories and theme park attractions like "Aladdin," Haunted Mansion, and Jungle Cruise.

Summer Hull of The Points Guy has sailed on almost every Disney Cruise Line ship, including both the Disney Wish and now the Disney Treasure. Hull shared her insights on why she considers the Treasure her favorite among the fleet. She highlighted four new offerings exclusive to this ship that have elevated it in her ranking.

Hull emphasized that it's not just a single bar or attraction that sets the Treasure apart but rather "the experience you live from bow to stern via the bold yet warm and inviting colors, patterns and textures found throughout the vessel." The design of the Grand Hall is inspired by Agrabah from "Aladdin," featuring vibrant details reminiscent of Morocco, Africa, and Asia.

Plaza de Coco is another highlight on board. According to Hull, this Mexican-themed restaurant is likely to become a favorite due to its festive setting and menu offering churros and enchiladas. Erica Silverstein of The Points Guy noted that "the music and festive live entertainment at Plaza de Coco are also likely to have a broader appeal."

The Haunted Mansion-themed bar offers an immersive experience with special effects and unique seating arrangements providing different auditory experiences. Hull described it as "filled with ambience, details and immersion with no 'white space.'"

Other notable lounges include Scat Cat Lounge, Skipper Society Lounge inspired by Jungle Cruise, and Periscope Pub based on 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea: Submarine Voyage. These spaces feature imaginative cocktails and rich designs.

The ship's theatrical production of "Disney The Tale of Moana" stands out as well. While not claiming it as the best at sea without seeing other shows, Silverstein assures it's in the top five for being entertaining and authentic.

In conclusion, Disney Treasure aims to provide an adventurous atmosphere through detailed storytelling in its settings and activities. As Hull remarked about her time aboard: "I didn't feel like I was visiting someone else's castle; I was living my own adventure."
