Lufthansa has unveiled a special Airbus A321neo livery to mark the 25th anniversary of its aid organization, help alliance. The aircraft, registered as D-AIEP, features colorful handprints symbolizing donations from supporters and will serve on Lufthansa's continental routes. These contributions support projects for disadvantaged children and young people globally.

Vivian Spohr, patroness of help alliance, stated: “Every single handprint on this plane stands for solidarity in action and for the belief that together we can make the world a better place.” She expressed gratitude to supporters for enabling this project and emphasized the importance of providing hope and future prospects to young people.

The aircraft displays 297 handprints as part of a fundraising campaign, with nearly two-thirds already allocated. Supporters still have the opportunity to participate in this initiative. This Airbus is the second ambassador for help alliance, following an Edelweiss aircraft introduced in 2022 with similar livery.
