The company reports an over 8% reduction in carbon intensity per aircraft turnaround for its ground handling and cargo businesses during the financial year 2023-24. In Dubai, all non-electric fleet vehicles at Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum - Dubai World Central (DWC) airports have transitioned to biodiesel.

As a leading provider of air and travel services globally, dnata employs 28,000 staff members in Dubai alone. In 2024, they assisted over 91.8 million passengers at Dubai's airports—a growth of 5% from the previous year.

Dnata's airport hospitality brand marhaba has also expanded significantly by enhancing travel experiences for over 2.9 million passengers so far this year. With eight new airlines joining their roster in 2024, dnata now serves a total of 175 airlines in Dubai.
