According to Spectrum News, Tentler utilizes the precision and teamwork skills he honed during his military service to manage operations in the air tower effectively. He attributes his commitment to service to his father, a Navy veteran from the Vietnam War era. Tentler acknowledged that transitioning from a structured military environment to a corporate setting required adaptation. He emphasized that veterans offer unique problem-solving abilities and dedication in civilian roles. "We do bring a lot to the table," he told Spectrum News, urging companies like Amazon to continue hiring veterans.
