Delta Air Lines has announced the opening of its first Sky Club at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) on December 18, 2024. This new facility aims to enhance the travel experience for Delta passengers in and out of Charlotte.

The club spans over 14,000 square feet and is situated on the mezzanine level of Concourse A, which was recently expanded. It offers seating for 246 guests with views of both the airfield and concourse below.

Inspired by Queen Charlotte's influence on fashion and aesthetics, the Neoclassic design incorporates botany and floral motifs. The use of natural elements reflects Charlotte's efforts in tree conservation and green spaces.

Amenities include a large food buffet, two beverage stations, and a quiet space with six soundproof booths suitable for focused work. One booth is ADA-compliant to ensure accessibility for all travelers.

Claude Roussel, Vice President – Delta Sky Club and Lounge Experience stated: “It’s always exciting to plant roots in a new market and introduce Delta Sky Club to a new group of customers. We can’t wait for our Charlotte guests to experience the amenities and hospitality that have made our Clubs so popular across the country.”

This opening represents an important step as Delta strengthens its presence in Charlotte. From CLT, Delta offers daily service to seven hubs: Atlanta (ATL), Detroit (DTW), Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP), Salt Lake City (SLC), Boston (BOS), LaGuardia (LGA), and John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). These connections provide one-stop access to most destinations within Delta’s extensive network.
