Emirates has opened its first experiential travel store in West Asia, located in Karachi's Sky Tower on Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue. The 183-square-meter facility offers immersive experiences and support from dedicated teams.

The store was inaugurated by Essa Sulaiman Ahmad, Emirates’ Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations, West Asia and Indian Ocean. The event was attended by His Excellency Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al-Zaabi, UAE Ambassador to Pakistan, and His Excellency Bakheet Ateeq Al-Rumaithi, UAE Consul General in Karachi. The store allows customers to explore inflight products and destinations within the airline’s network. Staff provide personalized assistance for trip planning, ticket booking, and managing travel preferences. Features include self-service kiosks, a selfie mirror with popular destination backdrops, exclusive merchandise, and travel accessories.

Customer service counters assist with flight reservations for Emirates flights and holidays as well as loyalty program inquiries. Experienced consultants offer tailored travel advice.

Emirates has been connecting Pakistan globally for over three decades. This new venture aims to continue setting benchmarks for service excellence in West Asia.
