The store allows customers to explore inflight products and destinations within the airline’s network. Staff provide personalized assistance for trip planning, ticket booking, and managing travel preferences. Features include self-service kiosks, a selfie mirror with popular destination backdrops, exclusive merchandise, and travel accessories.

Customer service counters assist with flight reservations for Emirates flights and holidays as well as loyalty program inquiries. Experienced consultants offer tailored travel advice.

Emirates has been connecting Pakistan globally for over three decades. This new venture aims to continue setting benchmarks for service excellence in West Asia.
