Walt Disney World is set to introduce a range of new attractions and experiences in 2025. Following the return of familiar features like park-hopping and dining plans in 2024, the upcoming year promises further enhancements at the renowned Central Florida theme park.

Announced during the Disney Experiences Showcase at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, new themed lands are on the horizon. Magic Kingdom will welcome areas inspired by "Cars" and Disney villains, while Hollywood Studios will feature a "Monsters, Inc." land. Animal Kingdom is set to replace DinoLand U.S.A. with a Tropical Americas land.

One of the anticipated highlights for summer 2025 is a new nighttime parade at Magic Kingdom titled "Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away." This event will showcase characters from films such as "Peter Pan," "Encanto," and "Moana."

Additionally, Magic Kingdom will introduce a Pirates of the Caribbean-themed tavern in Adventureland by late 2025. It promises immersive experiences with references to characters from the ride.

Epcot's Test Track is undergoing reimagining and is scheduled to reopen in late summer 2025 with an updated storyline and vehicle designs. A new lounge inspired by Spaceship Earth will also open in Epcot in late spring 2025.

Hollywood Studios will debut two shows: "Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After" featuring iconic villains like Cruella de Vil and Maleficent, and "The Little Mermaid — A Musical Adventure," showcasing popular songs from the beloved movie.

Animal Kingdom's Tree of Life Theater will present a new attraction titled "Zootopia: Better Zoogether!" expected to open in winter 2025.

For accommodation options, guests can explore the newly opened Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, offering various room types and amenities themed around "Moana."

Furthermore, guests staying at any Disney Resorts Collection hotel can enjoy complimentary access to one of Disney's water parks on their arrival day throughout 2025.
