AirAsia Philippines is setting ambitious goals for 2025, aiming to transport over seven million passengers. The airline has launched a series of promotional seat sales to kickstart the new year, offering travelers low fares to explore popular destinations across the country.

Starting January 2025, AirAsia Philippines will run three weeks of promotions, with one-way base fares as low as PHP 88 ($1.50) to destinations like Kalibo, Cebu, and Bohol. More than 800,000 seats are available for booking until January 5, with travel possible through June.

CEO Ricky Isla emphasized the significance of January in the Philippines for festivities and celebrations. "AirAsia is offering unbeatable low fares and exciting promotions because we want to support our guests in fulfilling their bucket lists in 2025," he said. This initiative aims to boost air travel demand and help surpass the seven million passengers flown in 2024.

The airline's fleet consists of 25 Airbus A320-200s, with efforts underway to reactivate stored aircraft. AirAsia Group collaborates with Asia Digital Engineering (ADE) for maintenance tasks.

In addition to its promotions, AirAsia Philippines serves as the official airline partner for the Kalibo Ati-Aithan Festival in January 2025. This partnership facilitates access to one of the country's iconic festivals.

To assist travelers in making the most of their journeys in 2025, AirAsia suggests planning early for long weekends, exploring local festivals, checking promo offers regularly, traveling during off-peak seasons, and using the AirAsia MOVE app for seamless travel planning.
