With regular flights available from Dublin, Seville is now more accessible for travelers seeking a spring getaway. The city offers a blend of historical and cultural experiences, as outlined in a seven-day itinerary designed to highlight the best of Seville.

The first day suggests beginning with coffee at Confitería La Campana, followed by a visit to the Alcázar, a UNESCO-listed palace. Lunch at Bodega Santa Cruz Las Columnas is recommended before exploring Seville Cathedral and the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Dining options include Abantal for modern Andalusian cuisine or La Azotea for small plates.

Day two focuses on Seville's artistic side, starting with breakfast at Parasol Tapas y Más under Las Setas. Visitors can explore the Museo de Bellas Artes and smaller galleries like Espacio Santa Clara. Bar Eslava is suggested for lunch, with an afternoon in the Triana neighborhood known for flamenco.
