Paul Goulter LLB, MA (Hons) Independent Non-Executive Director (Appointed 28 October 2021) | Air New Zealand

Air New Zealand has launched its New Year's Sale, offering more than 300,000 seats at reduced prices to 27 international and all 20 domestic destinations. The sale aims to provide travelers with an opportunity to plan their next trip at lower fares. Options include beach escapes, city breaks, and family reunions.

The sale covers almost every international destination in the Air New Zealand network. Travelers can find fares starting at $629 for Bali, $549 for Hawaii, and $199 for Sydney.

Air New Zealand Chief Executive Greg Foran commented on the timing of the sale: "We know that heading back to work after a holiday can be tough. As millions of Kiwi circle back to work with the post-holiday blues, there is no better time to book a holiday to fight that forlorn feeling."

Foran added, "With thousands of seats available at incredibly low fares, this is a chance for New Zealanders to turn their workplace daydreams into departures and head off on an adventure in 2025."

He advised potential travelers: "We're expecting fares to fly out the door, so suggest getting in quick if there's a destination on your bucket list this year. Nothing helps get through the working day like the anticipation of upcoming travel, so now is a fantastic time to book that getaway you've been dreaming of."

The sale begins today. More details are available at www.airnewzealand.co.nz/new-year-sale.

Example sale fares include flights from Australia starting at $199 one way and USA & Canada flights from $549 one way. Domestic network sales run from May-September.

Internationally, some starting prices are Auckland to Shanghai from $468 and Auckland to Los Angeles from $699. Seats are limited and subject to availability with conditions applying.
