台北，2025年1月7日—聯邦快遞獲得第113屆臺北市職場性別平等認證銀質獎。這一獎項表彰了公司在「營造友善氛圍」和「提供實質支持」兩方面的努力，推動多元共融的職場文化。聯邦快遞是參與角逐的眾多企業中唯一入圍並獲獎的物流運輸公司。
聯邦快遞致力於創造共感環境，舉辦國際婦女節和國際男人節慶祝活動，呼籲員工打破性別刻板印象。此外，公司積極參與LGBT+日相關活動，鼓勵員工參加臺灣同志大遊行，自2022年起設置性別平等廁所及女性專用廁所，並在辦公室內提供應急物品。
除了營造多元氛圍，公司也為員工提供實質支持，包括推出「員工協助方案」，讓員工靈活安排工作地點，以及提供法律、家庭、心理健康諮詢服務。聯邦快遞還為新手爸媽準備「新生兒禮物袋」，並提供30天全薪病假及全額團體保險。
