Hyatt's Find experience platform offers a variety of activities for World of Hyatt members to earn and redeem points. According to the company's website, "FIND is a marketplace that offers access to carefully curated wellbeing experiences to help inspire people to be their best selves." With over 500 experiences in more than 75 destinations, the platform allows users to search by location or category, such as arts, culture & community, exploration, and restoration.

Examples of available experiences include a beer tasting in Prague for $33 or 2,377 points, snorkeling in Honolulu for $184 or 13,148 points, and a half-day tour of Marrakech for $349 or 24,960 points. Members can also use points for tickets to shows and museums. For instance, an entry ticket to the Nashville Country Music Hall of Fame costs $31 or 2,225 points.

Some experiences are linked with specific Hyatt hotels but generally do not require guests to stay at those hotels unless explicitly stated. One example is a "Wicked"-themed night at Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor priced at $475 or 33,955 points.

The recent A Taste of Thompson: Chef Series event at Thompson Denver was part of the Find platform. The package included dinner tickets for two, a meet-and-greet with the chef, a pre-dinner cocktail hour, and one night's hotel stay. It cost $832 or 59,428 World of Hyatt points. Individual dinner tickets were available separately through Thompson's website.

Find experiences offer different value compared to other hotel platforms like Hilton Honors Experiences and Marriott Bonvoy Moments which require bidding on experiences without fixed point costs. In contrast, Hyatt's flat rates provide transparency in planning vacations.

World of Hyatt members earn ten points per eligible dollar spent on Find activities — double what they would earn on basic hotel stays — with potential additional earnings through elite status or using a Hyatt credit card.

Overall, while some may find better value using Hyatt points for hotel stays during peak times or at luxury properties rather than Find experiences valued around 1.4 cents per point (lower than TPG's valuation), the platform remains an appealing option for those seeking unique activities as part of their travel plans.
