TAP Air Portugal has announced a New Year's sale offering discounted flights to over 40 destinations in Europe and Africa. The promotion is available from January 9th through January 19th, 2025, for travel between January 15th and May 15th, excluding blackout dates from April 7th to April 22nd.

Carlos Antunes, TAP's Director for the Americas, shared his enthusiasm for the sale: “Everyone loves to celebrate the new year by planning a new trip to an exciting destination." He added that TAP has some of its best fares available during this period and highlighted the inclusion of their "popular Portugal Stopover program."

The airline's sale features roundtrip fares starting at $419 for economy class flights to Europe. Business class tickets to Portugal begin at $2299. Boston Logan International Airport and Miami International Airport offer the most affordable flights with deals covering routes to Madrid and Barcelona.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport travelers can find economical options to Copenhagen and Dublin, with other European cities like Barcelona, Madrid, Oslo, Paris, Stockholm, and Warsaw priced under $500. West Coast passengers departing from San Francisco International Airport can secure flights under $500 to Barcelona, Madrid, and Milan.

New York City airports are included in the promotion with roundtrip fares ranging from $429 to $499 for various European destinations. Washington Dulles International Airport offers competitive rates on flights to several European capitals.

The stopover program allows passengers up to ten days in Portugal without additional airfare costs. Additionally, there is a 25% discount on domestic flights within Portugal when booked as part of a stopover.

TAP Air Portugal continues its expansion into the US market as part of its strategic growth plan. The airline collaborates closely with United Airlines through the Star Alliance partnership.
