Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) has been recognized with the Digital and Smart Innovation Pioneer Award at the 2024 AmCham HR Best Practice Award Ceremony. The award highlights FedEx's advanced employee care concept, its diversified digital transformation initiatives, and its achievements in growing alongside team members.

The American Chamber of Commerce’s Multinational HR Management Association in China conducted the assessment for this award. It focused on strategic alignment with company strategies and culture, impact on employee experience and engagement, innovation and creativity, as well as business results.

FedEx maintains a people-centric corporate culture through a long-term human resources strategy aimed at creating a supportive workplace. The company has developed an employee health management system that integrates physical health, mental health, and work-life balance to enhance overall employee happiness. Additionally, FedEx has launched several digital transformation projects to develop cross-functional digital talents.
