FedEx honored with Digital Innovation Pioneer Award by AmCham

Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) has been recognized with the Digital and Smart Innovation Pioneer Award at the 2024 AmCham HR Best Practice Award Ceremony. The award highlights FedEx's advanced employee care concept, its diversified digital transformation initiatives, and its achievements in growing alongside team members.

The American Chamber of Commerce’s Multinational HR Management Association in China conducted the assessment for this award. It focused on strategic alignment with company strategies and culture, impact on employee experience and engagement, innovation and creativity, as well as business results.

FedEx maintains a people-centric corporate culture through a long-term human resources strategy aimed at creating a supportive workplace.
