The selection process was conducted by the Human Resources Management Committee of AmCham South China. It aims to recognize HR leaders who contribute to adapting businesses to new norms through innovative human resource practices. The evaluation criteria include alignment with company strategy and culture, impact on employee experience and engagement, innovation and creativity, and influence on business outcomes.

FedEx has consistently been recognized as one of the best workplaces globally. In 2023, it received the "Silver Award for Best HR Practices" from AmCham South China, being the only logistics company honored with this award.
