It aims to recognize HR leaders who contribute to adapting businesses to new norms through innovative human resource practices. The evaluation criteria include alignment with company strategy and culture, impact on employee experience and engagement, innovation and creativity, and influence on business outcomes.

FedEx has consistently been recognized as one of the best workplaces globally.
