Delta Air Lines is utilizing its fleet of Boeing 767-400ER aircraft on various routes, with significant activity planned for February 2025. The airline's 21 planes of this model average an age of 24.1 years and were delivered directly to Delta, unlike United Airlines' fleet, which was inherited from Continental.

Delta's first Boeing 767-400ER arrived in August 2000, two weeks before Continental received its first aircraft. Initially used on domestic trunk routes, the planes have since been retrofitted for international service. They now feature a seating configuration that includes Delta One suites, Premium Select recliners, Comfort+ seats, and Main Cabin seats.

In February 2025, Delta plans to operate 941 flights using the Boeing 767-400ERs. This represents a nearly 13% increase in activity compared to the previous year. Of these flights, only one route will be domestic—New York JFK to Los Angeles—while the rest are international.

Among the international routes served by Delta's Boeing 767-400ERs are Atlanta to London Heathrow and New York JFK to Paris CDG. In March, temporary changes will include daily flights from New York JFK to San Diego and Atlanta to Las Vegas using this aircraft model.

The Boeing 767-400ER has been an integral part of Delta's operations since it began flying in October 2000. Its deployment reflects ongoing adjustments in response to demand and seasonal schedules.
