Many Chase Freedom Unlimited cardholders who took advantage of the double cash-back offer between October 2023 and January 2024 are still waiting for their bonus cash back to post. Concerns have arisen due to unclear terms and conditions, as well as some Chase agents being unaware of the offer.
The good news is that the bonus should post by the end of March if it hasn't already. "With this offer you will receive a one-time bonus equal to all Cash Back rewards earned during your first 12 monthly billing cycles from account opening with your Chase Freedom Unlimited card. ... Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from the end of your 12th monthly billing cycle for bonus Cash Back rewards to post to your account."
For example, if a card was opened on December 1, 2023, with a first statement closing date of January 1, 2024, the bonus should be received by February 1, 2025. Cardholders can check their statement history online or contact Chase for assistance.
