The Emirates World store in Cairo spans 332 square meters and brings a range of services closer to its customers. It features a design inspired by the airline's inflight experience, including a full-size showcase of the iconic Emirates A380 Onboard Lounge experience. Customers can access nine service counters for various needs such as travel planning and ticketing. The store also includes smart technologies like a ‘selfie mirror’ for taking pictures against scenic backdrops and self-service kiosks to reduce wait times.

For nearly four decades since its first flight to Egypt in 1986, Emirates has been an integral part of aviation, tourism, and trade in Egypt. The airline currently operates four daily flights to Cairo.
