Hollywood filmmaker Steven Spielberg owns a Gulfstream G650ER, a long-haul business jet produced by Gulfstream Aerospace. The aircraft, registered N900KS and painted in off-white with strawberry pearl and titanium stripes, features seating for 14 people and includes a galley, crew rest area, and two lavatories. Spielberg has owned the jet since 2019 through Golf Group Enterprises LLC.

The Gulfstream G650ER is an extended-range version of the original G650, capable of flying up to 7,500 nautical miles. It can accommodate up to 18 passengers and is powered by Rolls-Royce BR725 turbofan engines. The aircraft's cabin offers high ceilings, comfortable seating, and state-of-the-art air systems.

Gulfstream Aerospace stated: "In our more than 60-year history, our commitment to serving you over the lifetime of your aircraft has never wavered. We're ready to support you anywhere you operate your G650 or G650ER-today, tomorrow and far into the future."

Spielberg's use of his private jet has faced criticism from environmentalists due to its fuel consumption. A social media user noted that "Climate activist Steven Spielberg's private jet has burned $116,000 worth of jet fuel in two months." Despite this backlash, Spielberg expressed concern about climate change: "People have to come around to believing that this is — we are going to have to have a kind of confrontation with destiny unless we do something about it today."

Another user commented on social media: "Steven Spielberg says he's terrified of climate change yet he has emitted 179 tons of CO2 in 2 months from his jet." In response to such criticisms, Sophie Corcoran remarked: "You would think that if they themselves were actually scared of climate change, they would stop flying."

Global Air reported on the popularity of the Gulfstream G650ER among celebrities like Elon Musk and Oprah Winfrey. The aircraft commands a price tag of approximately $70.5 million as of 2023.
