Both jets offer configurable cabins with leather seating and various onboard amenities. Textron Aviation describes its cabin as offering comfort for both passengers and pilots. Jet Advisors highlights the Phenom's interior as "comfortable and aesthetically pleasing."

In avionics, both jets utilize different versions of Garmin suites, providing enhanced safety features like the Garmin Emergency Autoland system in the Citation M2 Gen3. Textron Aviation notes that this system "maximizes aircraft performance with precise lateral and vertical navigation guidance."

Operating costs differ between these jets. Liberty Jet reports that flying a Cessna Citation M2 for 200 hours annually costs about $650K compared to $550K for the Embraer Phenom 100. The variable operating costs are similar; however, fixed costs for the Phenom are lower.

Both aircraft have similar capacities but differ slightly in dimensions and weight specifications.
