Marriott is expanding its presence in the Dominican Republic with the launch of the world's first all-inclusive W resort, now open for reservations. The W Punta Cana, Adult All-Inclusive, will welcome guests starting April 15 and aims to redefine the concept of all-inclusive resorts by combining luxury with a lifestyle-forward approach.

The resort is located approximately 45 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and features 340 guest rooms and suites designed with a modern tropical vibe. Each room includes amenities such as a private balcony or swim-up pool, large TVs, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a neutral color palette with subtle accents.

Guests can enjoy signature elements of the W brand like The Living Room lobby bar, Fit gym, Away Spa offering treatments and massages, and Wet Deck pool bar experience. Dining options are extensive with 13 restaurants and bars on-site, including an international buffet, tap room with craft beer, Dominican-Caribbean restaurant, Japanese street food joint, speakeasy, rooftop raw bar, Mediterranean beach club, plaza-style outdoor restaurant, and Italian cocktail bar.

Daytime activities include lounging by the beach or pools like the Chill Pool or infinity pool at Wet Deck. Entertainment offerings feature DJs, dancing, sunrise yoga sessions, workout classes along with various musical experiences and cultural workshops aimed at fostering connectivity throughout the resort.

Marriott continues to lead in revolutionizing the all-inclusive market by introducing well-known brands into this space. This initiative follows similar ventures by other hotel groups like Hilton and IHG.

Reservations for stays beginning April 15 are available now. Marriott's booking calendar indicates cash rates starting at $1,900 per night in April and May for double occupancy; prices decrease to $616 per night during summer months. Marriott Bonvoy members have the option to book award nights from 137,000 points per night.
