Clear, a service designed to expedite the Transportation Security Administration checkpoint experience at airports, is offering new members $75 in Uber credits as of February. This promotion was last available in September 2022.

To access this offer, individuals must sign up for Clear using the promo code "VDAY25" and complete their enrollment at a Clear center with a government-issued ID. No appointment is necessary.

A Clear Plus membership costs $199 annually, but certain credit cards can cover this expense. These include The Platinum Card from American Express, The Business Platinum Card from American Express, The Centurion Card from American Express, the American Express Green Card, and the Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card. Occasionally, Amex Offers may also cover the cost of Clear for cardmembers who enroll via the benefits page on the American Express website.

The Points Guy notes that "new members who sign up for Clear with the code 'VDAY25' receive a $75 Uber voucher after enrollment via email." These vouchers are valid for six months. Former members whose memberships have expired may also be eligible.

Clear is available to U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents aged 18 and older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Minors traveling with an adult member can accompany them through the Clear lane.

College students can benefit from a discounted rate of $60 per year for up to four years. Family plans are also available, allowing up to three additional adults on a primary membership at $119 per person annually.
