Southwest Airlines has announced a limited-time opportunity for travelers to earn its coveted Companion Pass with minimal effort. Typically, obtaining this pass requires significant flying or credit card spending. However, until Thursday, travelers can earn a two-month promotional Companion Pass by booking just one round-trip flight.
To participate, individuals must register and purchase either a round-trip or two one-way flights by February 20, with travel completed by March 31. This promotion allows the use of Southwest Rapid Rewards points in addition to cash for booking eligible flights.
"Pay with cash, points, or Cash + Points," according to the promotion terms and conditions. It is noted that "Cash + Points isn't usually the best route for booking Southwest flights."
