To maximize use of the new lagoon, there are plans for constructing a 5,600- square-foot indoor-outdoor event venue overlooking the water. Surrounded by live oaks and featuring vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams, this building will host weddings, corporate events, and more.
Additionally, Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa plans to open five new four-bedroom villas this spring. Each villa will span over 2,300 square feet with fully equipped kitchens and outdoor lounges with fire pits. VIP amenities include access to nearby spa's private pool.
Each villa will be named after area rivers—Guadalupe Nueces Brazos San Saba Pecos—and feature luxurious touches like soaking tubs in each ensuite bathroom along with a dedicated villa host team available round-the-clock plus golf cart access for getting around.
Rates for these villas start at $2,800 per night.
