Frontier Airlines announced that starting in 2026, it will operate out of Terminal 6 (T6) at New York JFK Airport.

The T6 project is highly anticipated and is set to open in 2026 as an upgraded and modernized terminal that will include a new ground transportation center and an entirely new, simplified roadway network.

"Frontier Airlines is excited to continue expanding our operations at JFK, and we look forward to transitioning to the new, state-of-the-art Terminal 6 next year. There is no doubt our customers are going to enjoy the beautiful facilities, modern technology, and abundant amenities that T6 will offer," said Matthew Sattler, director of airport planning and facilities for Frontier Airlines.
