Air France has boosted flight frequency, seating capacity, and available seat miles (ASMs) on its transatlantic flights between Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport (CDG) and New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) during the summer months of June, July, and August 2025. This extension reflects increased demand for transatlantic travel and maintains Air France's competitive position on one of its most important international routes.

Beginning in June, Air France increased the number of flights and seating capacity on its New York-Paris routes as part of its summer ramp-up, data from aviation analytics company Cirium shows. The number of flights and available seats on the JFK–CDG route is set to increase substantially compared to the first week of March.

In June, the number of flights provided by Air France between Paris and New York JFK will grow from 354 to 367 by the end of the week, representing a 3.7% increase in flight frequency. The number of available seats increases from 104,510 to 110,646, a 5.9% increase. Cirium data shows that the Boeing 777-300ER was the primary aircraft used for this increase in flight frequency, offering larger seating configurations and contributing significantly to the jump in capacity.
