Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) has announced an initiative to promote Black-owned businesses in celebration of Black History Month. On February 24, LAX shared a list of businesses on its official X account to encourage support during the month.

According to LAX, the airport decided to honor Tom Bradley, the first African-American mayor of Los Angeles. In a video posted on their X account, they highlighted several businesses located at LAX. These include Betcha Burgers, ACE, Chick-fil-A, Einstein Bros. Bagels, and Rock & Brews in Terminal 1; Pick Up Stix, Jersey Mike’s, and Breeze in Terminal 2; and Fat Sal’s, Yakumi, Pizza Please, and CAVA in Terminal 3.

Terminal 6 offers dining options such as The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck, The Habit Burger, and Earthbar. At Tom Bradley International Terminal, travelers can find Kentucky Fried Chicken, Umami Burger, Panda Express, and P.F. Chang’s. The Bradley West Gates feature retail stores including Jocale, AllSaints, LEGO, and Pop Sox.
