Developed in collaboration with Saudi Ground Services, the initiative aims to enhance the travel experience for pilgrims.

The check-in facility will be situated at the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, a Fairmont Hotel, providing easy access from the ring road entrance on Level 2. Passengers departing from Jeddah are expected to benefit from reduced wait times at the airport and more streamlined processing.
