Emirates is celebrating Holi with its customers traveling to and from seven destinations in India: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Mumbai. Passengers will be treated to the Indian sweet Kesar Gujiya as part of their breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals. This deep-fried dumpling stuffed with solidified milk and dried fruits will be served in a specially designed box reminiscent of the colorful festival of Holi.
On March 14, First and Business Class customers will also receive a festive welcome with cold Thandai—a drink made from milk and nuts flavored with saffron and rose petals.
In addition to culinary delights, customers can immerse themselves in the holiday spirit with up to 180 Indian movies available on board. The selection includes new titles such as "Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire," "PatnaShuklla," "Shaitaan," among others. There is also a special collection featuring Yash Raj Films.
