Deer Valley East Village. Developed by Extell Development—the company behind Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail—the village is on track to become one of the largest ski resorts in North America. The 2025-26 ski season will see its terrain double to 5,726 acres with 37 chair lifts and 238 runs.
Since 1981, Deer Valley has remained a ski-only resort.
