Emirates is preparing for an increased travel demand during the Eid Al Fitr period by adding 17 flights to its schedule, targeting destinations in the Middle East and GCC. The additional flights will be operational from March 26 to April 6.

The airline anticipates that over 371,000 passengers will fly with them during this festive period. To accommodate this, Emirates has planned extra flights to Jeddah, Kuwait, Dammam, and Amman. These additions aim to provide more options for those traveling home or seeking new experiences.

Specifically, Emirates will introduce six flights to and from Amman, five between Dammam and Dubai, four from Jeddah, and two additional services from Kuwait. This expanded schedule offers flexibility for travelers heading to Dubai—a popular destination during Eid—and beyond to places like Bangkok, Phuket, the UK, the US, South Africa, Mumbai, Karachi, and Cairo.

In line with its traditions for Eid celebrations, Emirates will offer a special menu on select flights to and from Dubai. Passengers can enjoy dishes such as chicken madhbi, prawn matfi, chicken makloubeh, mixed grills including chicken shish taouk and lamb kofta, halwa brownie, and pistachio cake.

Travelers flying during Eid will also have access to a wide range of entertainment options through Emirates' ice system. It features over 6,500 channels of on-demand content with more than 2,000 international movies. Among these are 80 Arabic films like Hassan El Masri and Aal Zero. Additionally, there are Arabic TV series such as Mawdou’ Aeli Season 3 & Sadaf available in the Shahid block.

Passengers can also enjoy other Arabic series like Dawaay Al Safar and Turkish dubbed in Arabic series Al Tout Al Aswad & Hadath Bil Fe’l. The selection includes 11 Arabic documentaries such as Aswat El Nile and Darb Zubaida. Moreover, there are 15 channels of Arabic podcasts and audiobooks along with over 500 music channels covering various genres.
