Emirates has unveiled a new facility for its cabin crew, known as the 'Crew Zone', located on the ground floor of the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai. The project, which took nine months to develop and cost AED 3 million, is designed to provide a welcoming space for crew members to engage in various activities.

The Crew Zone can accommodate up to 200 crew members at once and features seven different zones. It offers a place for crew members to relax with coffee and snacks while completing inflight reports, seek advice from colleagues, attend workshops on professional and personal topics, consult at the Beauty Hub, collect documents and devices, or simply unwind.

Highlighting Emirates' dedication to employee wellbeing and development, the zone supports professional growth for crew members and aims to foster community between them and other departments.

The Emirates One Device Hub provides technological support for cabin crew around the clock. It assists with questions about Emirates’ One Device programme, which uses Apple products like iPhones or iPads configured with custom apps to streamline passenger service onboard.

For relaxation purposes, there is an Emirates Crew Lounge featuring comfortable seating where crew can recharge or catch up with colleagues. Additionally, the Facilities Distribution Service offers a one-stop destination for document handling and device collection.

The Crew Computer Zone provides high-speed internet access and individual workstations tailored to digital needs such as booking flights or printing documents. Meanwhile, Crew Connect Services offer operational support on a 24/7 basis through various communication channels.

Finally, the Emirates Beauty Hub offers personalized appointments for makeup application tips along with nutrition and fitness advice. Open five days a week since its launch in 2023 within this new facility it continues providing immersive experiences including group events.
