Grant Milstead, Vice President of Digital Technology at United Airlines, said that the company’s swift and successful rollout of Starlink will enable it to reach 300 regional aircraft installations by the end of the year. Milstead made this statement in a March press release.

"Starlink has been a terrific partner – our combined spirit of innovation and collaboration will enable us to hit our goal of more than 300 regional aircraft installations before the end of this year."
In a March 7 press release, United Airlines announced the installation of Starlink on its first regional aircraft, highlighting the equipment’s technical benefits such as its compact size, lightweight design, and easy maintenance. Beginning in May, the airline plans to install Starlink on more than 40 regional aircraft per month through the end of 2025. This initiative aims to enhance in-flight connectivity for passengers and underscores United’s commitment to improving the overall travel experience.
