Dassault Aviation, a longstanding player in the business jet market, is expanding its Falcon product line with the introduction of the Falcon 10X. This new model is set to be Dassault's largest and most advanced business jet to date.

The Falcon 10X will surpass its predecessor, the Falcon 8X, in size. The wingspan will extend to 110 feet 4 inches, with a fuselage length of 109 feet 7 inches and an overall height of 27 feet 7 inches. It will feature two Rolls-Royce Pearl 10X engines instead of the tri-engine design traditionally used by Dassault. Each engine has a power rating exceeding 18,000 lbs.

The aircraft aims to reach a top speed of Mach 0.925, matching competitors like Bombardier's Global 7500 and close to Gulfstream's G700. Its maximum range is projected at 7,500 nautical miles with eight passengers and two crew members on board.

Inside, the cabin dimensions will offer significant space for up to 19 passengers. The interior features include customizable configurations with options such as entertainment areas and master bedroom suites. A total of 38 windows throughout the fuselage aim to enhance passenger experience with panoramic views.

Technologically, the Falcon 10X will utilize Honeywell avionics systems with next-generation NeXus Flight Deck touchscreens and a Digital Flight Control System (DFCS) for enhanced operation control.

Dassault is already accepting orders for this $75 million jet despite it not yet being certified. Certification and delivery are anticipated around 2027.
