Delta Air Lines has announced a series of enhancements to its corporate travel program at the company's signature event, SHOWCASE, as part of its 100-year anniversary celebrations. The improvements aim to offer flexibility, visibility, and support to corporate travelers.

The enhancements were developed in response to customer feedback and include three major innovations:

- The Unused Ticket Transfer program, which allows companies to transfer eligible unused tickets to their corporate spend account, providing more control over their funds.

- An enhanced Data & Reporting Snapshot delivers tailored metrics directly to corporate customers through email, ensuring they receive relevant information.

- The Corporate Solutions team, previously available only to travel agents, will now provide direct 24/7 support to corporate travel managers for urgent and escalated issues. This service is part of the Global Sales Solutions (GSS) initiative.
