Air France has announced the launch of a new direct route between Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orlando International Airport, set to commence on May 21, 2025. The announcement was made on the social media platform X.

According to Business Traveller, Air France will operate this Paris-Orlando route four times weekly using Airbus A350-900 aircraft. The aircraft will feature seating arrangements of 34 seats in business class, 24 in premium economy, and 266 in economy. Flights are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Flight AF096 will depart Paris at 17:05 and arrive in Orlando at 20:45, while flight AF097 will leave Orlando at 23:00 and reach Paris at 13:30 the following day.

As reported by The Points Guy, this new service marks Air France's return to Orlando after more than a decade; the airline last served the city in 2012. Orlando will become Air France's 18th U.S. destination and its 25th in North America. This addition reflects the airline's strategy to expand its presence within the U.S. market.

As noted by Simple Flying, Orlando is renowned as the theme park capital of the world, attracting millions of tourists annually to attractions like Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. The new direct flight from Paris is expected to boost tourism between Europe and Central Florida by providing European travelers with convenient access to Orlando's entertainment offerings.
