Graduates are trained in providing customer service, delivering safety instructions, assisting with boarding, serving meals, and addressing passenger needs. The program also prepares students to handle emergencies such as medical situations, evacuations, and turbulence with expertise in first aid, fire safety, and aircraft safety systems.
