Servair Benin emerged as the winner in the second edition of the "Top Chef – Eurocham Bénin" culinary competition. The event took place on March 14, 2025, at the residence of the European Union ambassador.

The European Chamber of Commerce in Benin (Eurocham Bénin) organized the competition, in collaboration with the French Embassy. The event aims to promote culinary excellence and spotlight young talent in the catering industry. Competitors included students from six culinary schools in Cotonou, who showcased their talents by preparing a dish and a dessert from a given set of ingredients.

The jury was led by Michelin-starred chef Georgiana Viou. Servair Benin was declared the winner with a notable dessert featuring avocado and sapodilla, a native stone fruit from Benin.
