Emirates Airlines has announced the launch of a new door-to-door delivery service called 'Very Important Parcels' (VIPs), promising the same level of care as provided to its passengers. The announcement was made on X on April 1.

According to JobX News, the VIPs service will utilize cabin crew as delivery personnel to ensure consistent care. Developed with key customer input, the service received positive feedback during testing. Initially, it will be available in seven markets, with plans for expansion across Emirates' global network.

Emirates has a history of innovative service offerings. Simple Flying reports that in 2021, Emirates introduced the Airport Ease and Airport Ease+ packages at Dubai International Airport, providing travelers with VIP experiences including meet and greet services, fast-track immigration, and chauffeur-driven transportation. The introduction of VIPs aligns with Emirates' ongoing commitment to enhancing customer experience through unique services.

As detailed on their official website, the 'Emirates Valuable' product provides comprehensive protection for precious shipments such as fine art and jewelry. This includes CCTV surveillance, secure transport equipment, and tamper-proof security seals.
