Frankfurt Airport, a key global aviation hub, sees significant traffic from Boeing 787 Dreamliners with hundreds of flights per month. Data from Cirium reveals that 674 Dreamliner flights depart from Frankfurt monthly, offering 184,979 seats and over 750 million seat miles.

Qatar Airways leads the busiest route from Frankfurt to Hamad International Airport, Doha, with 78 monthly flights, generating over 66 million air seat miles. The increase in flights followed the airline's 2022 commitment to add a third daily service between Doha and Frankfurt. Frankfurt ranks as Qatar Airways' third-largest European market for summer seats sales.

United Airlines follows with a significant service to Chicago O'Hare International Airport, operating 60 flights monthly and nearly 83 million air seat miles. This route serves as a strategic hub for United Airlines' operations over the Atlantic Ocean.

Etihad Airways ranks third with 60 monthly flights to Zayed International Airport, Dubai, totaling nearly 53 million air seat miles. Etihad plans further expansion from Frankfurt with the introduction of A350-1000 routes to Germany and Abu Dhabi, alongside existing Dreamliner services.

All Nippon Airways continues its historic link with Frankfurt, operating twice daily to Haneda Airport. Despite dropping its Düsseldorf service in 2020, the airline now flies nine routes to Europe.

Air India's service to Delhi International Airport offers 52 flights monthly, amassing nearly 60 million air seat miles. Competing with Lufthansa, Air India's flights arrive in Frankfurt by early evening.

Vietnam Airlines resumes its Dreamliner route from Frankfurt to Noi Bai International Airport, halted during the pandemic, now carrying nearly 45 million seat miles. The airline maintains a fleet of 787-9s and 787-10s.

United Airlines also operates 30 flights each to Denver International Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport from Frankfurt, serving as key transatlantic gateways.

American Airlines' route to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport offers 7,020 seats monthly. However, due to Boeing 787 delivery delays, the airline plans to adjust some routes for summer 2025.

Japan Airlines offers a daily service to Narita International Airport, providing 5,850 seats monthly with its noted economy class layout. Despite the higher density seating on other Dreamliners, JAL maintains a 2-4-2 configuration on these routes.
