KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has announced the addition of six new destinations to its 2025 flight schedule. The announcement was made on X on March 14.

According to KLM's official announcement, the airline plans to enhance its European network by introducing flights to Ljubljana, Slovenia; Exeter, United Kingdom; and Biarritz, France, starting in the spring of 2025. This strategic expansion aims to provide passengers with increased travel options within Europe, catering to both business and leisure travelers. The addition of these routes underscores KLM's commitment to strengthening its presence in key European markets and responding to customer demand for diverse destinations.

As reported by KLM, the airline will commence daily flights to Ljubljana and Exeter on March 30, 2025, utilizing Embraer 190 and Embraer 175 aircraft, respectively. The Ljubljana service will depart Amsterdam at 10:15 AM, arriving in Ljubljana at 12:05 PM, with the return flight leaving at 12:35 PM and reaching Amsterdam at 2:25 PM. The Exeter flights are scheduled to depart Amsterdam at 4:15 PM, arriving in Exeter at 4:50 PM, with the return leg departing at 5:20 PM and landing in Amsterdam at 7:50 PM.

According to Aviation24.be, KLM's intercontinental network will expand in the summer of 2025 with new services to San Diego, United States; Georgetown, Guyana; and Hyderabad, India. These additions are part of KLM's strategy to grow its long-haul operations and offer passengers more destinations across different continents. The airline will also incorporate three new Boeing 787-10 aircraft to support these intercontinental routes.

According to KLM's official newsroom, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines was founded in 1919 as the flag carrier of the Netherlands and is a founding member of the SkyTeam alliance. Operating from its hub at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, KLM offers passenger and cargo services to 161 destinations worldwide, comprising 95 in Europe and 66 intercontinental locations. The airline is recognized for its commitment to customer service, sustainability initiatives, and continuous network expansion to meet global travel demands.
